Support hours depend on the type of support contract
you have with SysMaster Corporation. If you have an 8x5 support
contract, phone support is available M-F, 7-4:30 Pacific Time. If
you have a 24x7 contract, emergency support is available 24 hours
a day, every day.
Please, note that support for the initial installation
phase is provided during daytime business hours.
Hardware Support
If you have an onsite hardware support contract,
call (510) 567-0888 to request service. A technical support representative
will dispatch a System Support Engineer to provide onsite support
for your hardware problem. If you have depot hardware support, contact
SysMaster at (510) 567-0888 to arrange for service.
Renewing Support Contracts
To avoid a lapsed contract charge, be sure to renew
your support contract before your current contract expires (generally
one year from date of purchase).
