Problem
A company needs a co-browsing solution that will
allow its representatives to provide live assistance to online customers.
The solution should enable customer representatives to co-browse
web pages with customers, fill out forms, and share shopping carts.
The solution should also work transparently through firewalls and
NAT devices and should support advanced features like conference
browsing, joint form filing, and page push.
Solution
SysMaster Co-Browsing Server is a live assistance
solution that allows company representatives and customers to co-browse
personalized and authenticated web-pages, fill out forms, share
shopping carts and finish ordering transactions. Through providing
more personalized customer experience, our solution increases conversion
rates, reduces abandoned shopping carts, and increases customer
loyalty and willingness for repetitive purchases. The solution operates
seamlessly with most firewalls and NAT devices and easily integrates
with existing support infrastructure.
Co-Browsing
SysMaster Co-Browsing Server allows company representatives
to provide live assistance to remote customers through co-browsing
web pages, filling out forms, sharing shopping carts, finishing
ordering transactions etc. The solution is built on a proxy-based
architecture to ensure transparent user experience during co-browsing
sessions. The solution architecture ensures seamless operation with
most firewalls and NAT devices and easy integration with existing
infrastructure. Customers don’t need to install applications
and customer representatives don’t need intensive training.
Co-Browsing Conference
The Co-Browsing Conference feature allows one person
to conduct co-browsing session with multiple participants. The feature
is useful when customer representatives have to present a solution
to a common problem to multiple customers. The feature
also enables sales agents to make online product demonstration to
multiple leads.
Page Push
SysMaster Co-Browsing Server supports Page Push
to supplement the co-browsing functionality. Page Push allows customer
representatives to send pages which pop up on the computer screen
of the remote customer. It is a useful tool for providing customers
with additional information during form filling or cart checkout
process. As Page Push does not replicate browser cookies it cannot
be used for sharing information on authenticated or personalized
pages.
Joint Form Filling
SysMaster Co-Browsing allows session participants
to jointly complete web forms. That functionality enables customer
representatives to assist customers with filling out forms or with
completing shopping cart checkout. For example, if a customer is
in middle of filling out an application form and needs help, the
company representative will be able to see the partially filled
form and assist the customer with completing it.
Advanced Security
SysMaster Co-Browsing Server utilized the latest
security technology to ensure that all data exchange between participants
in a co-browsing session is 100% secure. Our solution utilizes a
strong 128-bit data encryption.
Firewall/NAT Friendly
SysMaster Co-Browsing Server seamlessly integrates
with existing Network Address Translation (NAT) devices and firewalls.
All computers in a co-browsing session communicate with SysMaster
through outbound connections, using protocols and ports that can
transparently transit most home and business firewalls. The proxy-based
solution architecture also ensures seamless work with NAT devices.
Web Based Console Management
SysMaster Co-Browsing Server features an advanced
web interface to allow flexible global agent participation and customer
management. Our solution fully supports remote and telecommuting
agents to provide easy access for outsourcing and ASP module implementation.
All agents can enter the system via a secure password-protected
web console and manage the system parameters via the advanced GUI
interface.
Low Total Cost of Ownership
SysMaster Co-Browsing Server is a low total cost of
ownership (TCO) solution that pays for itself in a matter of months.
Through eliminating repeat customer calls and speeding up the resolution
of complex calls, our solution enables companies to increase agent
productivity, boost revenues, and improve customer satisfaction and
loyalty. As a turnkey solution, SysMaster Co-Browsing has low implementation,
maintenance, and training costs which contribute to low TCO. With its high
scalability at fixed cost, our solution is particularly attractive to
companies that plan to expand their support operations.
