Inside Sales Account Manager

Position Summary

SysMaster is currently seeking motivated sales professionals to join our sales teams. Proven sales experience, initiative, motivation and professionalism are key attributes of the successful candidate. The ability to learn and gain a strong understanding of Voice-over-IP technology is needed. Previous VoIP and/or telecom experience is desired but not necessary.

Responsibilities of the position include:

  • Sell VoIP equipment to CLECs, ILECs, Telecoms and Enterprises
  • Follow-up consistently to warm leads and qualified prospects
  • Deliver effective sales presentation and quotations
  • Maintain records of activities and contacts in sales database
  • Close sales in assertive and professional manner
  • Identify and evaluate new accounts and develop new sales
  • Phone prospecting of cold leads
  • Excellent follow-up with through sales and installation cycle
  • Accurate forecasting and planning
  • Close first deal within 60 days
  • Achieve monthly quota after initial ramp up

The successful candidate will have:

  • 3+ years sales experience, preferably in B2B environment
  • Strong phone prospecting skills
  • Consistent track record of success
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • High energy, enthusiasm and motivation
  • Ability to close deals
  • Well developed strategic and tactical selling skills
  • Strong aptitude for learning Voice-over-IP technology
  • Proven ability to work independently as well as lead team effort
